What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, teller interactions, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences and ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and available technology, tools, and resources.
• Manage customer problems, branch risks, policies, procedures, and daily operational activities.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must be based in Birmingham, Alabama, and work in-office.
