Location: Vancouver Campus, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Hybrid work with office hours and days varying according to operational needs, meetings, events, work type, and workload.
Salary: $5,692.25–$8,179.50 CAD per month.

What you will do
- Coordinate CIEBH programs and initiatives with internal teams and external academic, industry, public health, and not-for-profit partners.
- Research, analyze, and synthesize program, funding, policy, and life sciences ecosystem information.
- Support grant applications, proposals, concept papers, funder reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other program documentation.
- Manage financial and administrative processes, including budget monitoring, procurement, invoice and expense coordination, reporting requirements, and discrepancy resolution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, delays, and improvement opportunities, and recommend mitigation or workflow changes.
- Coordinate meetings, stakeholder contributions, communications, follow-up actions, and program records.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline; life sciences, health sciences, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least two years of related experience, preferably in program coordination, administration, academic, healthcare, or research environments.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent activities, deadlines, meetings, workshops, training sessions, or events.
- Experience supporting financial administration, procurement, invoices, reimbursements, expense tracking, grants, or research reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, organization, attention to detail, initiative, judgment, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Nice to have
- Experience in health research, biotechnology, life sciences, public health, biomedical research, or a similar institutional environment.
- Familiarity with systems, document management platforms, collaboration tools, or grant-funded programs.
- Experience supporting complex initiatives involving multiple teams and partner organizations.
