Sales Operations Representative (Golf)

Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Enter and manage customer orders, order changes, and order inquiries for key accounts, special programs, close-out, VIP, and internal orders.
• Apply current sales-program guidelines, handle special requests, and seek approval when required.
• Maintain product availability information and provide accurate stock-status and estimated-delivery details.
• Create deliveries for custom and stock orders and coordinate priority or special-shipping requests with the distribution center and Production.
• Process customer logo orders and manage artwork through the approved process.
• Support special projects and resolve order-related issues as needed.

Requirements

• Customer service experience or background.
• Computer experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, multitasking, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interpret instructions, policies, procedures, and program information.
• Ability to understand company priorities and adjust work when necessary or directed.
• High school diploma, college degree, or relevant work experience; knowledge of hirify.global products and specifications is required.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• College degree.
