Manager - Identity Practice (Cybersecurity): Leading an Identity consulting practice delivering professional services across PAM, Cloud Identity, Endpoint Identity, and IAM with an accent on team leadership, delivery governance, and client engagement. Focus on defining delivery methodologies, overseeing enterprise Identity engagements, advising clients, and supporting pre-sales and practice growth.
Location: US - GA - Home Office; travel up to 30% for partner or customer events.
Annual compensation: $225,000–$300,000, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do
- Lead the Identity consulting team, including resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.
- Oversee PAM, Cloud Identity, Endpoint Identity, IAM, and related Identity security engagements.
- Manage delivery governance, scope, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Advise clients on Identity and access management strategies.
- Define methodologies, delivery standards, accelerators, and best practices for Identity services.
- Support pre-sales, proposal development, thought leaderp, and practice growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Identity technologies, including at least 5 years in practice management, delivery management, or a comparable leaderp role.
- Broad knowledge of IAM, PAM, authentication, federation, directory services, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and cloud identity.
- Expertise with cloud platforms, networks, systems and infrastructure, project delivery, and security solutions.
- Experience with vendors and platforms including Okta, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, CyberArk, SailPoint, Fastly, FireEye, and Fortinet.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline will be considered.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CyberArk, Okta, or CrowdStrike certifications.
