Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Remote-work flexibility within the United States; preference for candidates residing in or near Philadelphia, Kansas City, St. Louis, or Houston.

What you will do

• Support company-wide financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and the annual budgeting process.
• Perform budget-versus-actual variance analysis focused on key revenue performance drivers.
• Assist with monthly analytical and performance reviews for business units.
• Support company-wide cash flow forecasting and maintain key performance indicators.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and communicate findings to management and business units.
• Establish efficient FP&A processes and enterprise-wide best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
• General accounting knowledge, including financial statement construction and debits and credits.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and meet hard deadlines.
• High ethical and professional standards and integrity.

Nice to have

• Real-estate finance experience.
• Budgeting, variance analysis, and recurring revenue experience.
• Database querying experience and familiarity with MRI or general accounting systems.
