What you will do

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting a USMC enterprise environment.
• Architect and oversee secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Azure and integrate them with enterprise systems, networks, identity services, and data frameworks.
• Manage scope, schedules, risks, resources, reporting, and delivery across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Establish agile workflows including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, iterative development, and continuous delivery.
• Guide requirements development, interface definition, technical integration, verification, documentation, and technical reviews.
• Communicate cloud modernization strategies, technical risks, and engineering recommendations to USMC sponsors and enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current and active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of program or project management experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive systems engineering or software engineering experience.
• Strong program management experience in government or complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Leadership experience with multidisciplinary technical teams and proficiency with Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting defense, intelligence, or USMC enterprise environments.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification.
• Hands-on experience with government-aligned cloud security models.
