Relationship Advisor 3 - Retirement Services Group (Financial Services)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; frequent driving required. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered.

What you will do

• Administer investment management relationships and serve as the primary client advocate and point of contact.
• Prepare and present group and individual retirement education meetings.
• Provide retirement industry expertise, investment oversight, plan updates, and guidance to plan committees and participants.
• Coordinate services with record keepers, third-party administrators, and portfolio managers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing client accounts and acquire new clients.
• Monitor regulatory and legal changes affecting assigned accounts and report them to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with financial services, investment products, and investment services.
• Knowledge of ERISA laws and their application.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; intermediate Excel proficiency required.

Nice to have

• NAPA certification.
• ASPPA, AIF, NIPA, or another relevant industry certification.
