Senior Visual Designer (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Create on-brand visual experiences across digital, print, branch, website, product launch, and advertising channels.
• Develop digital reels, motion graphics, signage, video assets, illustrations, icons, and campaign collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and stakeholders to develop visual narratives and deliver concepts for review.
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines, templates, quality standards, and platform-specific best practices.
• Coordinate creative asset delivery across multifaceted campaigns, agencies, sponsorships, and vendors.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and improve creative workflows, tools, and templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, illustration, visual communication, or a related field.
• 8+ years of visual design experience in marketing, advertising, retail, or in-house environments; financial services experience is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft across multiple media and advanced knowledge of typography, color, layout, and spatial composition.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere, plus advanced Figma experience.
• Experience with photo retouching and color correction, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft operating systems.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, prioritization, independence, attention to detail, and experience mentoring junior designers.
