hirify.global’s Polyurethanes division develops and supports polyurethane solutions for industrial applications across the Asia Pacific region.

What you will do

• Carry out polyurethane rigid development projects, especially for construction insulation applications.
• Support country commercial and technical service teams across the Asia Pacific region.
• Collaborate with strategic marketing on application and product development initiatives that contribute to sales growth.
• Resolve customer production problems and help sustain existing business.
• Operate and maintain equipment used for rigid applications.
• Follow EHS and business conduct requirements and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in polymer science or another chemical-related field.
• More than 5 years of technical development or technical service experience in polyurethane rigid technologies or the polyurethane industry.
• In-depth knowledge of rigid technologies and polyurethane industries.
• Strong experience with polyurethane rigid formulation, processing, and production.
• Strong application and product development skills, with equipment operation experience for adhesive and coating applications.
• Fluent English command required. Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing, and computer application skills are also required.
