Quality Assurance/Systems Manager (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at 1915 Ebberts Spring Ct, Greencastle, Pennsylvania, United States

Annual salary: $84,000–$126,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for the assigned fulfillment area, covering production, quality, safety, workload, and operational improvements.
• Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Oversee QA procedures supporting inventory integrity, corrective actions, slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, damages, strays, close-date products, and hazardous-material processing.
• Oversee systems operations, including hardware and software maintenance, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and coordination with corporate information systems, vendors, and logistics systems partners.
• Supervise managers, leaders, and associates by directing work, monitoring performance, providing feedback, supporting hiring and promotion, and developing talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business administration, finance, production, operations management, or a related field, plus qualifying operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience.
• Alternatively, qualifying Walmart Logistics Area Manager or Operations Manager experience may satisfy the education and experience requirements.
• Experience must include supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion across multiple departments or areas.
• Ability to work onsite at the Greencastle, Pennsylvania fulfillment facility in the United States.
• Successful completion of all required job training and assessments is required.

Nice to have

• Financial modeling and analysis, inventory management, modeling and forecasting, budgeting, or P&L accountability.
• Walmart Logistics Manager or Walmart Logistics Systems experience.
• Business administration, finance, logistics, management, or operations management bachelor's degree.
