What you will do

• Design curricula, learning pathways, and large-scale programs for Underwriting operations roles.
• Consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, learning objectives, and effective delivery methods.
• Create instructional content and assets for instructor-led training, eLearning, microlearning, and case-based simulations.
• Develop metrics, assessments, and evaluation strategies; analyze learner outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Manage complex projects and cross-functional teams, including scope, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate external learning vendors and evaluate the work of outsourced consultants, instructional designers, and facilitators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of instructional design, development, and evaluation experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning, and learning solutions ranging from simple to complex.
• Experience with Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI voiceover.
• Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with technical experts.
• Ability to work flexibly and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
