Equipment and Facility Maintenance Manager

What you will do

• Manage facilities operations covering heating, air conditioning, power, utilities, and general building systems.
• Direct technical employees responsible for facilities and maintenance activities.
• Oversee the installation, upgrading, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and engineering equipment.
• Coordinate with production management on new line layouts, equipment requirements, and equipment moves.
• Coordinate external contractors and facility utility changes, including power, water, and gas services.
• Plan, install, and maintain safety systems such as sprinklers, fire alarms, security equipment, storm alarms, exits, and entrances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• General maintenance experience.
• Eligibility as a U.S. Person is required because the role involves access to information regulated by ITAR and/or EAR.
• HAZWOPER training must be completed satisfactorily.
• Emergency contingency plan implementation and RCRA hazardous-waste management training must be completed within six months of appointment, followed by annual refreshers.
