Location: Sheffield or Barnsley, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom; Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, with some flexibility. The role includes home visits and travel within a designated geographical area.

What you will do
- Support patients with self-injections and venepuncture during home visits.
- Set up infusion therapies and run patient clinics.
- Support patient support lines, including some work from home.
- Manage an independent caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Support multiple patient services and healthcare professionals across clinical settings.
- Travel throughout the designated South Yorkshire geography to provide patient care.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy, cannulation, and infusion therapies.
- Recent and current venepuncture and cannulation experience.
- Ability to manage workload independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in face-to-face and virtual settings.
- Good IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the designated geographical area.
Nice to have
- Supplementary Prescriber (CPNP) qualification.
- Spirometry experience or ARTP qualification.
- Stoma Care experience or qualification.
