Procurement & Pricing Manager

Location: Remote, with the expectation that the person is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area

What you will do

• Receive opportunity packages and review bills of materials for completeness, consistency, quantities, accessories, warranties, services, and omissions.
• Validate OEM and distributor quotes, quote validity, authorizations, reseller status, deal registrations, special pricing, and channel protections.
• Confirm that products fit the selected contract or acquisition path and assess availability, inventory, lead times, lifecycle status, and end-of-life risk.
• Validate pricing build-ups, including product, freight, financing, transaction, contract-vehicle, warehousing, configuration, logistics, insurance, and deal-specific costs.
• Ensure margins meet company standards, obtain approval for exceptions, and confirm quote validity periods, assumptions, exclusions, delivery terms, and pricing caveats.
• Submit approved quotes, maintain final pricing and sourcing records, and transition awarded packages to Order Fulfillment.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, pricing, sourcing, commercial quality control, or a related technology sales operations function.
• Ability to review bills of materials, supplier quotes, commercial pricing, margins, and contract documentation.
• Ability to identify sourcing, supplier, availability, lifecycle, pricing, and execution risks.
• Ability to coordinate with Inside Sales Representatives, Account Executives, OEMs, distributors, technical resources, leadership, and fulfillment teams.
• Must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area while working remotely.
