What you will do
- Provide onsite leadership and operational support to multiple branches within an assigned region.
- Lead branch teams by example and motivate employees.
- Support exceptional customer service and branch performance.
- Help maintain compliance and achieve performance goals across assigned branches.
- Travel to branches according to regional coverage needs.
Requirements
- Confident communication and strong motivational skills.
- Optimistic, effective problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work onsite in Portland, Tennessee and travel between assigned branches.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
