Junior ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote; U.S. Citizenship required

What you will do

• Support technical architecture design and maintain overall code quality for highly available and recoverable customer environments.
• Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow business rules and technical solutions.
• Develop custom integration components and connect legacy systems to ServiceNow using mid-server and related technologies.
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
• Maintain platform operation and software development lifecycle policies, procedures, and controls while supporting agile development.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Clearance.
• 1–3 years of directly relevant software development experience, including at least 1 year of ServiceNow development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development principles, methods, and techniques.
• Experience with process and solution integration, workflow design and configuration, and reporting.
• Experience with integration components such as SSO and LDAP, plus XML, HTML, JavaScript, and web services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Intelligence, DoD, or DHS customers.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
