Location: Huntsville, Alabama, USA; onsite, 3rd shift

is a global powersports manufacturer producing off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, motorcycles, electric vehicles, and boats, along with related parts and accessories.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and support employees in an assigned production area.
- Plan and direct production and assembly activities to meet schedules and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate workflows and daily communication across production, engineering, maintenance, supervisors, and other departments.
- Monitor compliance with quality, environmental, productivity, and health and safety standards.
- Identify, implement, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production reports, manage inventory and departmental spending, procure materials and equipment, and address operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical engineering discipline is desired.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-speed production manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading or supervising production operations in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives within a team environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Power BI.
