Electrical Discipline Lead (Water/Wastewater): Building and leading regional electrical engineering capabilities for water, wastewater, and water transmission infrastructure projects with an accent on technical quality, project delivery, and team development. Focus on designing electrical systems for large pump stations, reviewing technical documents, coordinating discipline work, and growing high-performing regional teams.
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma or Atlanta, Georgia; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work and travel as required for project needs.

What you will do
- Establish, grow, and lead regional electrical engineering capabilities in Oklahoma and Georgia.
- Lead direct reports, including supervision, performance evaluations, workload assignments, and development planning.
- Plan resources, identify hiring needs, and build a high-performing regional team.
- Review technical documents for accuracy and support successful project execution.
- Support business development through proposals, interviews, and client engagement.
- Serve as a project manager and coordinate with managers and other discipline leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer license.
- At least 6 years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
- Experience designing electrical systems for water/wastewater projects and/or large pump stations.
- Experience leading technical teams and performing quality control reviews.
- Ability to travel as required to support project needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with construction-phase services, inspections, and commissioning.
- Experience training or mentoring junior engineering staff.
- Experience with project management, personnel leadership, and discipline coordination in a consulting environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
