Manager, Social Analytics (US/Canada)

Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States; primarily on-site with flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week

Salary: $122,000–$145,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Lead reporting and insight generation across organic, earned, influencer, and paid social media activity in the US and Canada.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner for regional social, marketing, creative, agency, and global stakeholders.
• Direct the use of AI agents and intelligent tools to surface insights from social and marketing data faster.
• Translate social signals into actionable recommendations supporting regional growth and product performance.
• Define outcome-oriented KPIs, establish benchmarks, and evolve regional measurement practices.
• Deliver tailored executive reporting and automate recurring reporting outputs where possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or social media analytics.
• Experience with SQL and modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Strong experience analyzing Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear business and creative actions while managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Must be able to work primarily on-site in Needham, Massachusetts, with work-from-home flexibility 1–2 days per week.
