TL;DR
HIP Senior Product Manager (Industrial Equipment): Building and scaling ESAB’s equipment business for large industrial end users with an accent on customer-centric solutions, product strategy, and technical leadership. Focus on developing growth plans, supporting new product introductions and trials, managing opportunity funnels, and driving market share through product marketing, pricing, and promotion.
Location: Denton, Texas, USA. Domestic and international travel required approximately 80%.

What you will do
- Build and execute a strategy to grow the equipment business among large industrial end users.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors on regional growth plans and business development initiatives.
- Create customer engagement programs through product demonstrations, training, and tailored solutions.
- Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in target accounts.
- Support new product introductions, voice-of-customer collection, product trials, product marketing, pricing, and promotion.
- Use MS Dynamics CRM to manage activities, opportunity funnels, and forecasting while monitoring market and competitor trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Welding or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial sales, technical leadership, or equipment business development.
- Experience leading and scaling technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in manufacturing and plant locations with required Personal Protective Equipment.

- Physical duties include walking, standing, climbing stairs, stooping, and handling equipment.
- Equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. may need to be moved, and products weighing up to 200 lbs. may be pushed or pulled using safety tools.
- Personal Protective Equipment is required when working in or visiting manufacturing and plant locations.
- Travel may involve varying weather conditions.
