Regional Manufacturing Development Manager

Location: Neosho, Missouri, United States; up to 30% travel

What you will do

• Manage Manufacturing Development training programs and initiatives across assigned manufacturing facilities.
• Develop workforce capability through onboarding, skill progression, certification readiness, and workforce flexibility programs.
• Standardize training systems, certification processes, and TWI methodology across locations.
• Lead and coach Training Coaches, Supervisors, and regional training teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and workforce readiness KPIs, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Human Resources and plant leadership on workforce planning, hiring decisions, grants, and external workforce development partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing, workforce development, training, operations, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and meet applicable driver management qualifications when driving is required.
• Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing training and workforce development experience.
• Experience with Lean, TWI, standardized work, or continuous improvement.
• Experience using LMS or digital training platforms.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
