Principal Contaminated Land Scientist

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; relocation required with relocation assistance available

What you will do

• Act as Project Director across highly complex contaminated land and water projects.
• Provide technical support to associates and senior staff during client meetings.
• Develop and review quality management systems.
• Sign off on complex reports and project deliverables.
• Train junior staff in business development and client management processes.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in contaminated land and water within an environmental consultancy.
• Understanding of Queensland and national environmental frameworks.
• Industry certification such as CEnvP or CPSS, or interest in pursuing certification.
• Willingness to relocate to Brisbane, Queensland.
