Commercial Escrow Assistant (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; in-office position

Salary: $20.31–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with escrow processes for simple and complex commercial transactions.
• Prepare closing documents, enter closing statement information, and handle disbursements and follow-up.
• Communicate with customers throughout the escrow process and adapt communication style to their needs.
• Interpret agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Use technology to support escrow transactions and deliver a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software and technologies.
• Ability to meet deadlines, support customers professionally, and collaborate effectively.
• 1–3 years of escrow-related experience preferred.
