Intermediate Automation / DevSecOps Engineer (Hyland OnBase)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer, configure, monitor, and sustain the Hyland OnBase application hosted in Cloud One AWS GovCloud.
• Configure and support application workflows, queues, forms, document types, business rules, security roles, and integrations.
• Plan, test, coordinate, implement, and document patches, hotfixes, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Monitor services, workflows, scheduled processes, logs, availability, and performance while troubleshooting application and integration issues.
• Apply STIG, FIPS, secure-configuration, vulnerability-remediation, and Zero Trust requirements at the application layer.
• Use scripts, automation, source control, and DevSecOps practices to support repeatable deployments, recovery testing, release validation, and documentation.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Security+ CE or higher required, such as CASP+ CE or CISSP.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of experience as a Hyland OnBase System Administrator, including workflow support, patching, configuration, and sustainment.
• Knowledge of virtualized computing, commercial cloud hosting, Cloud One AWS GovCloud, secure application configuration, STIG, FIPS, Zero Trust, and controlled patching.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex OnBase issues, automate repeatable tasks, and work within formal configuration- and change-management processes.

Nice to have

• Hyland OnBase System Administrator or comparable Hyland certification.
• Experience with restricted federal cloud environments, OnBase database dependencies, enterprise integrations, workflow design, and release testing.
• Experience with scripting, source control, automated testing, CI/CD, or DevSecOps practices.
• Experience supporting DAF or AFOSI mission applications and users.
