Structural BIM/Revit Technician I (Revit)

Location: Hybrid, in-office schedule in Fort Worth or Houston, Texas, or Raleigh, North Carolina, with up to 40% remote work.

What you will do

• Assist with developing structural Revit models and drawing sets.
• Produce structural plans, sections, elevations, and details under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.
• Update drawings based on markups and redlines.
• Learn structural modeling best practices, standards, and workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to support accurate, buildable deliverables.

Requirements

• Revit training through coursework, certification, or internship experience.
• Basic understanding of CAD/BIM principles and drawing organization.
• Interest in structural documentation and BIM production.
• Ability to work on a hybrid, in-office schedule in one of the listed office locations.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in CAD, BIM, drafting, or a related field.
• Internship or academic project experience using Revit.
• Exposure to structural drawings or construction documents.
