Launch Manager

Location: Queretaro, Mexico — onsite at the Queretaro Foam plant

hirify.global operates the Queretaro Foam manufacturing plant.

What you will do

• Manage new program launches, plant projects, and manufacturing process changes.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, and HSE during trials, approvals, and implementation.
• Support Program Launch System (PLUS) activities and ensure BOS processes and milestones are followed.
• Facilitate make-versus-buy planning, VA/VE activities, and material cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage changes within fiscal-year profit plan parameters and approve deviations, change requests, and change notices.
• Create project reports, presentations, and tracking files for management updates.

Requirements

• Experience managing program launches, plant projects, or manufacturing process changes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work across Engineering, Operations, Quality, HSE, and customers.
• Ability to track project milestones, cost reduction activities, change requests, and implementation plans.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Queretaro Foam plant in Mexico.
