What you will do

• Provide nursing care for high- and low-risk intrapartum and antepartum patients.
• Receive and care for patients transferred for high-risk pregnancy complications.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans across patients, families, colleagues, shifts, and care settings.
• Apply evidence-based practice and national and specialty standards.
• Use clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills to deliver competent care and support patient outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN; BSN preferred.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it during employment.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
