Financial Analysis Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: United States Work at Home; remote position.

Annual salary: USD 96,800–161,300, depending on experience and geographic location, with eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage pharmacy pricing strategies to achieve contractual guarantee targets.
• Review provider contracts and ensure pricing terms and guarantees are implemented accurately.
• Track, analyze, and report provider guarantee performance.
• Recommend pricing and system adjustments to meet contractual obligations.
• Maintain and improve the provider guarantees database and reporting tools.
• Lead claims-based analyses and collaborate with Contracting, Finance, Product, and Operations teams on negotiations and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and required experience with SQL.
• Ability to take initiative, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate in complex matrix organizations and agile teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; PBM or healthcare industry knowledge is preferred.
