Warehouse Associate / Inside Sales Associate - Bilingual

Location: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico — REXCO Industrial Park, 200 Calle A Ste 400, Guaynabo, PR 00968

Pay: $15–$16 per hour, plus up to $2,500 through performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Assist walk-in and phone customers, identify their needs, and provide professional product and sales support.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, collect payments, and obtain credit authorization according to company policy.
• Process, pull, receive, ship, and distribute customer products accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, warranty items, delivery estimates, pickups, and deliveries.
• Operate and inspect forklifts safely while maintaining required certification and reporting safety issues.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, organized, and operationally efficient.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Strong customer-service attitude and ability to work directly with customers for much of the day.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to work with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Related inside sales experience is preferred; familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction is helpful.
