Analyst, Deal Desk

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and terms decisions throughout the sales cycle.
• Build complex pricing models and analyze price realization and revenue sources in client deals.
• Review and approve low-tier discounts and selected terms exceptions using department guidelines.
• Recommend approval decisions to Deal Desk leadership and communicate context to sales representatives.
• Drive adoption of quote-to-cash tools, support training, and enforce CRM and Deal Desk process compliance.
• Participate in projects that improve Deal Desk processes for sales.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical background and experience handling large data sets.
• Fluent English.
• Critical attention to detail, accountability, prioritization in high-volume environments, and an affinity for negotiations.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in CRM systems, especially MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools such as MSBI.
• Additional languages.
