Paint Team Leader PM

Location: Loughborough, United Kingdom. On-site role with shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 10:00pm; afternoon shifts include a 15% shift allowance.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and manage the Paint Prep team to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality output.
• Set and monitor weekly objectives and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Perform and oversee cleaning, sealing, priming, masking, colour matching, and quality inspection.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 policies and workplace safety standards.
• Advise on material and tooling requirements and maintain accurate timesheets, holiday requests, and attendance records.
• Coordinate with the Production Team and other Team Leaders to resolve issues and maintain production flow.

Requirements

• Experience in paint preparation, spraying, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to production demands.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
