Pile Driver (Foundations)

Location: Rogers, Minnesota, with 75% travel within the Midwest and required overnight travel

hirify.global is a specialty contractor providing foundations, earthwork, utilities, marine services, industrial cleaning, cured-in-place pipelining, and waste disposal.

What you will do

• Install footing piles, earth support sheeting, micropiles, tiebacks, and other deep foundation systems using caisson or drill rigs, diesel hammers, and vibratory hammers.
• Direct and signal equipment operators and assist with the alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery and materials.
• Assemble and disassemble cranes, read load charts, and distribute construction materials and tools according to project plans.
• Weld connections for safety railings, tiebacks, and internal bracing using welding equipment and oxy-acetylene torches.
• Lubricate, clean, repair, and perform small repairs on machinery, tooling, and diesel hammers.
• Test micropiles, tiebacks, and load frames; communicate project-impacting issues and mentor junior crew members.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of piling installation and extraction, micropiles, concrete forming and pouring, and fixed-mass pile driving systems, or the ability to learn.
• Rigging and signaling qualification, crane assembly and disassembly knowledge, and the ability to understand crane load charts.
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certifications; knowledge of heavy-equipment hazards and safety precautions.
• Strong ability to follow and communicate written and oral instructions and work reliably according to project schedules.
• Must be over 18, affiliated with or willing to join the union, pass required drug and alcohol screening, and work 8–12-hour days with occasional evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• At least two years of deep foundation or drilling experience.
• AWS Welding certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
