Lead Digital Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Location: Castelo Branco, Brazil; hybrid role

What you will do

• Lead complex digital projects and transformation programs across manufacturing sites and business units.
• Define project strategies, governance frameworks, resource plans, schedules, budgets, and success metrics.
• Manage senior stakeholders, executive communications, organizational alignment, and decision-making.
• Coordinate teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Digital Technology Solutions, and external partners.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and deliver digital solutions that create operational and financial value.
• Lead change management and support PMO activities, including portfolio planning, prioritization, risk management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, technology, digital transformation, or project management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale digital projects and transformation programs.
• Professional proficiency in English and a CV submitted in English.
• Experience deploying digital manufacturing solutions across multiple production sites and managing portfolios, governance processes, and PMO activities.
• Advanced expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, business case development, financial management, and project or portfolio management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring project managers and implementing consistent project management standards.
• Knowledge of MES, advanced analytics, process digitalization, industrial data platforms, automation, and robotics.
• Expertise in KPI frameworks, dashboard development, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
