What you will do

• Support one or more shows, events, or costumed character productions.
• Maintain the artistic and operational integrity of assigned productions.
• Supervise casts, crews, and other assigned operations teams.
• Manage team schedules and timecards using Scheduler and KRONOS.
• Coordinate rehearsals, operational processes, production books, start-up meetings, installations, and strikes.
• Collaborate with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, Theatrical Services, and department leadership on project goals and safety targets.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory stage management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two years of professional supervisory stage management experience preferred.
• Two years of professional entertainment or theme park experience preferred.
