Lead Generation Specialist (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify and research prospective customers and projects within targeted industries.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, and professional networking platforms to generate interest and qualify opportunities.
• Gather and validate customer needs, decision-maker information, and project timelines.
• Document prospecting activities, customer interactions, and opportunity details in the customer relationship management system.
• Qualify leads, coordinate meetings with territory sales managers, and transition opportunities to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on outbound campaigns and report on pipeline progress and performance.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development.
• Experience with customer outreach, including cold calling, email, or digital engagement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and accurately document customer and market information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; CRM experience is preferred.
