C3BM Logistics and Operations Analyst (Defense Logistics)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; travel up to 15% required.

What you will do

• Optimize integrated product support through logistics supportability analysis, strategic planning, supply chain resilience, and risk assessment.
• Administer property systems, conduct physical inventories, track asset lifecycles, and maintain compliance for Government Furnished Property and Government Property.
• Coordinate CONUS and OCONUS shipments, Foreign Military Sales, property transfers, fleet operations, and supply chain security.
• Lead coordination with military leaders, government agencies, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prepare analytical reports, executive presentations, funding recommendations, status updates, and process improvements.
• Coordinate documentation and fielding or transfer of advanced SATCOM terminals and power systems to the U.S. military.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing long-range logistics strategies, evaluating international asset networks, and optimizing supply chain costs and service levels.
• Experience managing property accountability systems and auditing multi-million-dollar Government Furnished Property and Government Property portfolios.
• Experience assessing logistics risks and developing mitigation measures and Continuity of Operations plans for defense programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, and Word.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Department of War security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDA C2BMC products and integration with Missile Defense System, space-based intelligence, or Department of Defense systems.
• Experience with Enterprise Logistics Management System, G-Army, or equivalent military logistics systems.
• Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, or C3BM Program Office.
• Basic understanding of generative AI tools for process improvement.
