What you will do

• Direct the day-to-day operations of an assigned escrow branch.
• Act as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers during real estate sales.
• Manage escrow funds and real estate transaction processes.
• Train staff, ensure compliance with established practices, and prepare operational reports.
• Audit procedures to monitor efficiency and resolve escalated client issues.
• Maintain the client base and provide guidance on products, services, policies, and transactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of directly related escrow officer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, team performance, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation and the ability to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Commitment to teamwork, objectivity, openness to others’ views, and employee development.
