Grad Intern - Operations (Fall 2026) (Biotechnology): Leading project-based operational initiatives and strategic analysis across supply chain, process development, quality, manufacturing, and facilities & engineering, with an accent on business case development and advanced technology assembly and packaging. Location: United States — Remote. Students must remain located in the United States for the duration of the approximately 12-week internship.
Salary: $35.34–$41.20 per hour.

What you will do
- Lead project-based initiatives and strategic analysis across Operations functions, including supply chain, process development, quality, manufacturing, and facilities and engineering.
- Develop project charters covering objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify operational problems, measure current-state performance, and develop qualitative and quantitative recommendations.
- Build business cases and present findings through an intern poster session and final readout to executive management.
- Support delivery of an advanced technology assembly and packaging site in Ohio.
- Participate in professional development, mentoring, networking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and graduated with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA, master's, PharmD, or PhD program and completed the first year before the internship starts.
- Must remain enrolled in an accredited college or university following the internship or co-op assignment.
- Must not be employed when the internship starts and must be located in the United States for the full internship.
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship for future full-time employment is not guaranteed.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Previous internship or co-op experience.
- Degree concentration in engineering, life science, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, applied mathematics, data science, finance, or supply chain.
- Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of VBA for Excel and SQL.
- Campus leadership experience and demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
