Key Account Manager - Industrial Water Treatment - Philadelphia (Water Treatment)

Location: Remote within the United States, with residence within a commutable distance of the Philadelphia area

Salary: $73,410–$107,657 annually, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Lead local site teams in designing and implementing industrial water treatment programs.
• Conduct routine service visits and testing, prepare reports, and distribute findings.
• Support technical issue resolution at customer sites and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts and prospect accounts.
• Train customer personnel to monitor and apply treatment chemistry.
• Analyze program performance using KPIs and report safety metrics to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least five years of relevant industrial experience.
• At least five years of experience in a pulp and paper or water facility.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Must be within a commutable distance of the Philadelphia area.
