QA/QC Lead (Semiconductor Construction)

What you will do

• Support project QA/QC plans, procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and perform inspections of materials, equipment, installations, and construction activities.
• Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Identify, document, and track nonconformance reports, deficiencies, punch-list items, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Maintain quality records and support walkdowns, commissioning preparation, closeout, and turnover documentation.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of QA/QC experience in construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction inspection and quality control processes, including ITPs, inspection checklists, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, technical documents, applicable codes, and standards.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction or project documentation systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, MEP, industrial, or high-tech construction projects.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, piping, structural, or process utility systems.
• Knowledge of ASME, AWS, NFPA, NEC, ASTM, or other relevant standards.
• Experience with system turnover, commissioning support, or project closeout.
• ASQ, AWS, ICC, CQM, or equivalent quality certification.
