Pharmacy Technician Associate Representative - Accredo

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m.

What you will do

• Process new and refill prescription requests.
• Select and retrieve medications, verify quantities, and prepare bottle labels.
• Route orders to pharmacy staff for completion and prescription-program verification.
• Select packing materials, prepare packages, enclose client-specified materials, and affix shipping labels.
• Sort shipments by carrier and maintain equipment and workstation supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• AZ Pharmacy Trainee License required, with an AZ Pharmacy Technician license required when the trainee license expires.
• Basic math skills and general PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adjust schedule during peak volumes.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
