Engineering Technician (Process Engineering)

Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; onsite in the production area

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage manufacturing methods, processes, and operational sequences.
• Define process requirements and working procedures for product lines.
• Recommend equipment and support the testing and implementation of assigned processes and technical infrastructure.
• Perform Process-FMEA analyses, identify failure sources, and implement measures to reduce operational risks.
• Define process control methodologies and manage statistical process control systems to investigate out-of-control situations.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance on customer inquiries and with Design Engineers on new product launches.

Requirements

• Experience supporting manufacturing processes and production-area operations.
• Ability to analyze process risks using Process-FMEA.
• Knowledge of process control methodologies and statistical process control systems.
• Ability to assemble and install assigned modules or parts of technical infrastructure according to detailed work plans.
• Ability to collaborate with Quality Assurance and Design Engineering teams.
