Senior Director Process Excellence (AI)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; the role is also compensated for positions based in Boston, Massachusetts, or Riga, Latvia.

Salary: $228,700–$331,600 in Boston, MA; €93,300–€135,300 in Riga, Latvia. Compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Lead the Process Excellence organization within Global Business Services and define its strategy, roadmap, operating model, governance, and global standards.
• Direct Global Process Owners and analysts in improving Record to Report, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Plan to Deliver processes.
• Prioritize and govern transformation initiatives focused on cost, quality, cycle time, customer experience, and benefits realization.
• Scale process mining, task mining, workflow orchestration, RPA, AI, and generative AI use cases with Digital and Legal teams.
• Establish performance metrics, dashboards, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, controls, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team while leading change management, communications, executive sponsorship, and adoption.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in GBS/shared services, process excellence, operational excellence, or large-scale transformation in a global company.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with process mining, automation, workflow orchestration, ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics, and service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience leading large cross-regional programs across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, including continuous improvement, automation, and transformation portfolios.
• Proven people leadership, executive stakeholder management, board-level communication, and large-scale change management experience.
