RD Health Coach - Bilingual Spanish - Evernorth - Orlando FL

Location: Hybrid role based within 50 miles of downtown Orlando, Florida, with regular on-site health and wellness event support. Up to 10% of work involves in-person site events; virtual coaching is provided by video and telephone.

What you will do

• Provide virtual customer coaching and support by video and telephone.
• Assess customer health education needs and create personalized, evidence-based health improvement plans.
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to support improved clinical outcomes.
• Help customers overcome barriers and become active participants in their health outcomes.
• Lead group coaching, wellness challenges, health seminars, and other promotional activities.
• Support on-site events such as open enrollment, wellness committees, flu shot events, and health fairs.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion, with strong clinical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Registered Dietitian licensure in the respective state or Exercise Physiologist experience is strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, obtained upon hire or within three months.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required, including passing oral and written language assessments.
• Strong presentation, administrative, computer, collaboration, independent working, and customer-focused skills.

Nice to have

• NBHWC certification.
• Motivational interviewing training or experience.
• Smoking cessation and diabetes experience.
