Senior Electrical Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Auburn Plant in Auburn, Maine, Monday through Friday

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do

• Deliver electrical and site engineering capital projects covering facilities, construction, utilities, and warehouse automation.
• Manage a portfolio of smaller projects or take ownership of larger-scale projects, with budgets ranging from $100,000 to $100 million.
• Coordinate strategic projects with site, regional, business unit, and central project delivery stakeholders.
• Create front-end technical base plans, project timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
• Manage project risks, define resolution strategies, and improve visibility and accountability through new processes and routines.
• Support the construction of two new warehouses using supply chain 4.0 technologies, including automated storage and material handling systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, an electrically related technical discipline, or relevant electrical experience, including military service.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including project portfolios and budgets.
• Financial and budget management experience.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams and demonstrating technical mastery, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Auburn Plant Monday through Friday; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Prior manufacturing industry experience.
• Project management certification such as CAPM or PMP.
