What you will do
- Prospect, attract, and develop new VIP players in the assigned region.
- Create and execute regional player acquisition events.
- Implement localized go-to-market strategies, promotions, and offers.
- Manage business plan execution to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Support net revenue, process, compliance, and responsible gaming initiatives.
- Build player experiences that encourage long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of sales or business development experience with high-value accounts.
- Experience managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and established customer relationships.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
