Senior Department Lead - Crossdock

Location: R1 Dry DC, Uxbridge, Massachusetts, United States; on-site distribution center role

Salary: $26.00–$31.20 per hour

What you will do

• Set daily production goals and operational plans with the Department Manager or Supervisor.
• Direct team member assignments, monitor performance, and adjust staffing based on operational needs.
• Train, coach, and develop new hires, transfers, and temporary associates on procedures and equipment operation.
• Use or learn WMS applications to audit, research, and resolve inventory variances.
• Participate in facility and department audits, safety committee activities, and leadership meetings.
• Operate forklifts and other powered equipment and support other departments when needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other powered equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to early, late, or off-shift schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and handle heavier or awkward objects with assistance.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, and lift for up to 8 hours in an indoor environment with changing temperatures, noise, and dust.
