Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Covington, Louisiana, United States; store-based role with evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Total compensation: $60,000–$95,000 per year, including base pay, commission, and bonus. Base pay is $60,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead store sales, personal sales, revenue targets, and operating benchmarks.
• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise a high-performing team of up to 15 direct reports.
• Improve customer experience by modeling and teaching sales, design, and product knowledge processes.
• Manage store profitability, profit and loss statements, financial metrics, and margins.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, product flow, cleanliness, and visual brand standards.
• Execute operational systems, administrative procedures, meetings, promotions, events, and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a business unit with a sales or retail emphasis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, analytical ability, interpersonal communication, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
• Ability to work the schedule required by store operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Successful completion of a background and drug screen.
