2nd Shift Chassis Assembly

Location: Hiawatha, Iowa, United States; full-time on-site, Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm–1:00 am

What you will do

• Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and power supply assemblies.
• Follow engineered drawings and work instructions throughout the production process.
• Operate hand tools, electric drivers, test equipment, soldering irons, microscopes, and presses.
• Test assemblies and verify that finished products meet drawing-based quality standards.
• Work independently or with a team while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering on design and documentation issues and recommend manufacturability and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a US Person: US citizen, permanent resident, or protected person.
• GED or high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Working knowledge of basic computer functions and mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on mechanical skills and experience soldering electronic components.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in manufacturing and testing environments.

Nice to have

• IPC certification.
