Data Product Owner - Clinical Analytics

What you will do

• Own and manage data products supporting Health Services across International Health.
• Translate business requirements into clear, prioritized backlog items aligned with product roadmaps.
• Maintain the data backlog and support Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify, steward, and manage Critical Data Elements from definition and documentation through monitoring, usage, and retirement.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, data governance, engineering, analytics, platform, cloud engineering, and architecture teams.
• Embed privacy, governance, quality, cataloging, and lineage standards into scalable data products for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data management, analytics, reporting platforms, and AI concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management and tools such as Jira.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data product requirements.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, data quality principles, and Critical Data Element concepts.
• Experience with data exploration, analysis, and visualization tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting training in data fluency, Agile product management, or GenAI.
